| Advanced Notice Cancellations – Cancellations received more than 10 working days before the class will be processed promptly. Any payments received are eligible for a refund, minus and credit card transaction fees, upon cancellation. Refunds may take up to 5 business days, depending on your credit card or bank. Paypal refunds normally show up immediately. Any refund from a check or money order payment will be sent via postal mail, and refunded by check. |
| Rescheduling – You may reschedule a training course up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. |
| Last Minute Cancellations – Cancellations received 10 or fewer working days before the course will not be refunded, but a reschedule option is available. If there is no reschedule, or no communication before the start of the cancelled course, there will be no refund. |
| No Show – Students who do not attend class and do not provide any advanced notice will not be eligible for a refund. We always understand emergencies arise and will take those situations on a case by case basis. |
| Credit Card Payments for Consulting Services– Refunds for credit card payments are eligible, minus any credit card transaction fees. |
